1 missing and 3 injured in chemical plant explosion

One worker is missing and three others have been injured after an explosion ripped through a chemical plant in Shanghai's Songjiang District early this morning.
The explosion happened at the Shanghai Habo Chemical Technology plant at around 2:30am.
The powerful blast shattered windows of the factory and nearby buildings. The blast came about after a worker mishandled peracetic acid preliminary investigations have found. The worker is still missing.
The three other workers suffered minor injuries and are said to be a in stable condition. An investigation into the accident is ongoing but authorities said that the monitoring of air quality has turned up no environmental concerns.
