Plant worker dies after Kentucky explosion

A worker who suffered severe burns in an explosion at a western Kentucky plant earlier this month has died of his injuries.The company had previously been fined $26,650 by state labor officials for safety violations deemed serious by Kentucky officials. Some related to hazardous concentrations of explosive dust.
